Meet The Chef

My name is Sangeeta, and I’ve inherited a passion for cooking from my mother. Fond memories flood my mind of sitting on the kitchen shelf as a child, watching her craft beautiful and delicious Bengali dishes. These moments are among my most cherished childhood memories.

Inspired by this love for cooking, I’ve also learned to make a variety of snacks from my mother-in-law, such as chakli and Poha Chivda. Additionally, I've experimented with other snacks like corn Chivda and Shakarpara, mastering these recipes after many trials and errors.

I create a wide range of tasty dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Some of my favorites include the popular street food dish Egg Devils, Bhetki Fish Fry, Chicken Frankie, Egg Bhurji, Golden Fried Prawns, Paneer Rolls, Cheese Corn Balls, Sesame Potato Toast, and the list goes on!

Now, with boundless passion, practice, and endless experimentation, I’ve crafted dishes bursting with flavor that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

I sincerely hope you enjoy every bite.

Bon Appetit!
