Return Policy

Cancellation by Site / Customer
- Customers can cancel their order anytime before the cut-off time of the delivery slot by calling our customer care service number. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded as store credit or a coupon code, which can be used for future purchases.
- Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality or color of the food items, no cancellation or refund will be provided for the given invoice.
- If we suspect any fraudulent transactions or any activity that violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our discretion. We maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access or cancel any future orders placed by them
